摘　　要： 根据上海轨道交通AC01/02型地铁列车客室车门的故障实际情况,运用质量控制(QC)的理论和分析方法,分析了导致客室车门故障的主要因素,并制定了有效的解决措施,取得了显著的经济效益。 According to the actual fault information of passenger compartment doors of AC01/02 trains shanghai metro, the paper analyses the main factor of doors failure resulted in by applying the theory and analysis technique of QC (Quality Control), and provides effective resolution.
