摘　　要： 公司控制权以及公司权力的配置和权力体系的构建是现代企业理论研究的重要内容。权力、科层与控制是公司控制权审视的起点 ,公司控制行为是公司控制权力运行的载体 ,所有权是公司控制权力的来源 。 Corporate control power is an important topic of modern enterprise theory. The core of corporate control power is the assignment and establishment of power structure in a company. Based on this concept as well as political and economic theories, this paper is intended to shed light on such issues as power, bureaucratic hierarchy, as well as the vehicle, origin and restraints of corporate control power.
