摘　　要： 从流程式生产企业的视角给出了慢速流动备件与快速流动备件的参照定义及其特性比较;分析了流程式生产企业慢速流动备件存储的两难困境;总结了我国三大钢铁企业的备件管理实践;提出了慢速流动备件行业内企业合作存储、快速流动备件流程式生产企业分散存储的备件两级存储的新模式及其运行机制。 The definition and comparison of characteristic of slow and fast moving spare parts were discussed from the perspective of process-oriented manufacturing enterprises in China. The dilemma of the slow moving spare parts storage of process firms was analyzed; The practice of spare parts management of three steel firms in China was summarized; the two-echelon storage mode of that slow moving spare parts by many firms and fast moving spare parts by respective firms, as well as its implement mechanism were put forward in this paper.
