摘　　要： 采用相对资源承载力的研究思路和方法,计算1980-2002年惠州市相对水资源承载力、经济资源承载力和综合承载力及其变化过程。研究表明:与全国和广东省的区域对比,惠州市相对资源承载力都处于富余状态,而与珠江三角洲地区相比则处于超载状态,除1993年外,惠州市相对水资源承载力和经济资源承载力保持了较协调的发展,水资源还有较大的承载潜力。 Adopting the idea and method of relative carrying capacity of water re sources, this paper calculates the relative carrying capacity of economic resour ces and comprehensive carrying capacity of resources of Huizhou City from 1980 t o 2002 and described their evaluation. The research indicates that compared with other areas of Guangdong Province and the country, Huizhou City enjoys relative ly rich resources, while the resources surpass the real population when the city is compared with the region of Pearl River Delta. The relative carrying capacit y of water and economic resources in Huizhou have kept harmonious development ex cept in 1993, and the city retains a high carrying capacity of water resources.
