摘 要: 采用置换反应方法除去废铜线表面的锡镀层,对回收锡的工艺进行了探索。研究结果表明:反应温度、酸浓度、CuSO4浓度等因素对金属回收率和回收产品的纯度有很大影响,置换反应法是铜线表面锡层褪镀和回收的一个较佳途经。 The separation of plated tin from copper wires and its recovery are investigated. The results show that the recovery of metal tin and the purity of products are affected mostly by the reaction temperature, concentration of acid and CuSO_4, etc, the displacement reaction process is a good way for removing and recovering of plated tin on copper wires.
