摘 要: 为了探讨冶锌工业废渣综合利用的新途径 ,采用湿磨分离金属锌、酸浸制取锌盐的工艺进行了试验研究。通过对球磨机转速、湿磨时间、温度等条件的考察 ,找到了湿磨的最佳工艺条件 ,分离出的金属锌含锌高达 92 %以上 ,湿磨后的溢流浆可生产氯化锌 。 A new approach for comprehensive utilization of zinc residues from hydrometallurgical industry of zinc was proposed in this paper. The results indicated that the approach which includes separating out zinc metal from the zinc residues by wet grinding,the overflow pulp obtained after wet grinding was leached by acid,and then perparation of zinc salt,is an ideal method for comprehensive recovery of zinc from its residues.
