摘　　要： 该书回顾分析了西方战后城市规划理论的发展,讨论了伴随其间的城市规划思想的重大转变,包括对城市规划从设计到科学的认知转变,以及对城市规划者从技术专家到协调者的认知转变. This paper introduces Taylor's book of ' urban planning theory since 1945' , which outlined the main theories of urban planning since the Second World War, and argued the main changes in planning thought,including town plannning as design to science and town planner as technical expert to 'cmmunicator'.
