摘 要: 本文以马粪海胆为研究对象 ,对其成熟卵的受精率与受精卵的孵化过程以及其浮游幼体在不同实验条件下的生长发育进行研究。研究结果表明 :盐度在 2 7~ 35间的受精率可达95 %左右 ,最适盐度为 31,受精率可达 10 0 % ,盐度高于 35或低于 2 7受精率都将明显下降 ;以角毛藻作为马粪海胆浮游幼体的饵料效果最好 ,成活率可达 6 0 % ,体长可达 76 9μm ;早期投饵密度为 10 4 cell/mL ,后期投饵密度为 8× 10 4 cell/mL ;三角褐指藻饵料效果略差于角毛藻 ,扁藻适宜作为马粪海胆浮游幼体后期饵料。 The processes of the early stage of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus from the zygote to juvenile are studied in this paper. Growth and metamorphism of larvae under various conditions are comparatively studied. The results show that the insemination rate of the sea urchin eggs reaches 95% at 27-35 salinity. The insemination rate obviously falls down when the salinity is either lower than 27 or higher than 35. Moreover, the growth rate and survival rate of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus larvae are different when they are fed with different food. The larvae grow best when fed with Chaetoceros gracilis, the survival rate can reach 60%.
