摘　　要： 利用高精度激光位移传感器检测轴承振动 ,实现了非接触式轴承故障诊断 。 In order to measure the bearing trouble,we have used the displacement sensor of high-accuracy laser to measure the vibration of the bearing,thus realized trouble of the bearing is diagnosed in the non-contact-type.The experimental result indicates there is wide prospect of using in this new kind of method.
