摘　　要： 政治文明理论的提出是对马克思主义文明学说的重大发展。依法治国是社会主义政治文明的集中体现,从立法、司法、树立公民的法律信仰等方面进行政治文明建设是我国当前现代化建设的紧迫任务。社会主义政治文明的理论创新加快了依法治国的进程。 The raising of political civilization is the great development of Marx's civilization theory. Managing state affairs according to law is the reflection of political civilization of socialism political civilization construction through legislation. Administration of justice and up-holding the people's legal belief is the most urgent task in the present modernization construction. The creation of political civilization theory accelerates the process of managing state affairs according to law.
