摘 要: 膨化预处理破坏了甘蔗渣的紧密结构,其纤维束相互分开,组织结构松弛,有利于继续用白腐菌进行生物处理,能提高白腐菌对木素的降解能力和降解速度,获得具有较好打浆性能、H2O2漂白性能和强度性能的蔗渣浆。 Bagasse bio pulping is conducted under explosion. The explosion process has been known to disrupt the dense structure of the bagasse, leading to fibre separation. The white rot fungus employed for the biopulping is responsible for the delignification of the bagasse. Explosion has been found to promote both the degree and the speed of delignification of bagasse. Results observed indicated that the explored pulp of biotreatment exhibit better beatability, improved bleachability with H 2O 2 and higher strength properties.
