摘　　要： 本文叙述了制作巨蜥生态标本所需要的材料、工具、药品及剥皮和制作步骤。对皮肤内残余物不便剔除的指部、趾部和尾脊骨部分等使用了一些新的处理方法。探讨了在剥制过程中产生的残留物包括躯体和内脏等的再利用。 This article describs the step of making the natural specimen of monitor lizard ( Varanus salvator) and shows the new methods of utilizing in the skin remainders of the fingernails,toenails and cawlal vertebras that are diffcult to strip. and the reusing of the body and the interal organs.
