摘 要: 本文从量子阱中电子-声子相互作用的哈密顿量出发,进一步考虑了外加磁场对极化子性质的影响,讨论了量子阱中磁极化子的基态能量与磁场和量子阱宽度的关系。数值计算结果表明,量子阱中界面声子与电子的相互作用是不可忽略的。 Considering the effect of the applied magnetic field on the properties of the polaron, The ground state energy of magnetopolaron in semiconductor quantum well as the function of magnet- ic field strength and well's width is discussed from the hamiltonian of the electron-phonon inter- action. The numerical results show that the interactions of the interface phonon and an electron in quantum well are not ignorable.
