球磨和立辊磨的高炉矿渣粉磨效能研究

摘  要:  采用间歇试验球磨、闭路球磨和试验立磨三种粉磨系统对高炉矿渣的粉磨效能进行了研究。结果表明:对于前二种粉磨系统,粉磨产量的相对变化与粉磨细度之间有相近的关系规律,而立磨则有所不同。当粉磨细度在200m2/kg~300m2/kg,随着粉磨细度的提高,立磨产量下降最快,当粉磨比表面积大于400m2/kg时,随着粉磨细度的提高,立磨产量下降速度最小。随着粉磨细度的提高,立磨的节能优势将更加显著。闭路球磨系统即便是采用高效选粉机,对于制备600m2/kg以上比表面积的矿渣微粉,在技术上是不适宜的。 A research on the grinding efficiency of Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag(GGBFS)was done with three different kinds of lab mills,i.e.discontinuous ball mill,two compartment closed-circuit ball mill and experimental vertical mill.The result shows when discontinuous ball mill and two compartment closed-circuit ball mill are used for the preparation of GGBFS,the relationship between the relative change in grinding production and Blaine Specific Surface Area(BSSA)of GGBFS is quite similar,but the effect of vertical roller mill is obviously different.If BSSA of GGBFS range from 200m^3/kg to 300m^2/kg,the product of vertical roller mill decreases most quickly with the raise of fineness of GGBFS.When BSSA of GGBFS is larger than 400m^2/kg,product of vertical roller mill decreases most slowly with the raise of fineness of GGBFS.Larger BSSA of GGBFS is,more distinct the advantage of vertical roller mill in energy-saving is.Even if high efficiency classifier is applied,close circuit ball mill is not suitable for the production of GGBFS with 600m^2/kg BSSA based on the technological and econoic considerations.
