摘　　要： 该文主要介绍一种基于图像的外观专利自动检索系统的设计与优化方案。提出了一种基于纹理和形状特征的图像检索方法,以便对专利库中同类或相似专利产品的图像内容进行相似性判别,为外观专利查询提供了一种更为新颖、方便和高效的方法。 This article mainly introduces the design and optimized project of the Automatic Retrieval system based on image content.A image retrieval method based on the texture and shape characteristic for the same kind or similar designs in the patent database is brought forward,and it gives help for judging the comparability of the patent designs.It also gives a new and convenient and efficient method for the design retrieval system.
