摘　　要： 本文在生态智慧和生态智慧型企业概念界定的基础上 ,阐述生态智慧在企业经营中的自发、失落和觉悟三个历史演进阶段 ,进而解析企业经营中的生态智慧哲学、生态智慧伦理、生态智慧文化、生态智慧行为和生态智慧技术五个层次的内涵 ,并构建出生态智慧型企业生态智慧要素结构模型。 Based on the definition of ecological intelligence and ecological intelligent enterprise, this paper sets forth three stage of historical succession, which are spontaneity, lose and consciousness, then makes analysis of these five factors of ecological intelligent, which are ecological intelligent philosophy, ecological intelligent ethic, ecological intelligent behavior, ecological intelligent culture, ecological intelligent and ecological intelligent technology, finally builds a elemental structure model of ecological intelligent which is adopted in ecological intelligent enterprises.
