摘 要: 码率控制作为H.264中的关键技术,在参考软件JointModel(JM)中已给出其算法。由于JM算法采用线性模型预测MAD,运算量较大且存在一定的误差,为此提出了新的加权预测模型,同时在原算法基础上增加了宏块层码率控制策略。仿真结果显示,采用改进算法的H.264编码器在取得更低比特率的同时还有效提高了PSNR。 Rate control plays a key role in H.264. Rate control algorithm has been given in encoder reference software(JM). However, in JM a linear model is used to predict the MAD, which costs too many operations and exists deviation. In this Paper, we present a new weighted mode for prediction. what′s more, macroblock layer rate control is added in the algorithm. Simulation results show that the H.264 coder using our proposed algorithm effectively elevates PSNR and achieves lower bit rate.
