摘　　要： 本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了白蚁菌圃上小白球菌和炭角菌的酯酶同工酶。研究结果表明,不同生长阶段的样品表现出不同的同工酶谱。小白球菌和炭角菌相同生长阶段的酯酶同工酶谱有明显差异,说明两者之间无亲缘关系。 The esterase isoenzyme of Aegerita duthiei and Xylaria growing on termites combsare studied by means of electro-phoresis in polyacrylamide gel. The results are that the dif-ferences between their isoenzyme spectrums are obvious with evident specificity,which showsthere is no consanguenity between these two fungi.
