摘　　要： 我国青少年体育训练和竞赛组织模式存在许多不合理因素 ,因此 ,必须改变过去以政府为主导 ,纵向联系的模式 ,而代之以培养社会兴趣和利益为主 ,横向联系的模式。将业余体校纳入普通学校系统作为过渡措施 ,其关键在于体育部门和教育部门要很好结合 ,并要建立完善的协会系统 ,以立法形式对协会明确定位。 There are some unreasonable factors in the organization mode of our youth sports training and competition Therefore, the old directed mode of government-dominance must be changed It is replaced by lateral mode on raising social interest and benefit It is a transient process for amateur school brought into general school system The key lies in the combination of sports and education administration And the perfect association system needs establishing
