摘　　要： 降钙素基因相关肽是作用很强的舒血管活性多肽,它广泛存在于心血管系统,参与许多心血管功能的调节。降钙素基因相关肽对运动时心肌收缩的增强及冠脉循环的改善起着重要的作用,并与运动性心脏肥大的发生有关。 Calcitonin Generelated Peptide (CGRP) is a potent vasodilator peptide.It is distributed widely in the cardiovascular system and is involved in the regulation of cardiovascular function. CGRP plays an important role in the enhancement of the myocardial contraction and the improvement of the coronary circulation during exercise. It may contribute to exerciseinduced cardiac hypertrophy.
