摘　　要： 由于低聚糖的潜在疗效 ,合成低聚糖变得越来越重要。糖苷水解酶的突变体———糖苷合成酶合成低聚糖 ,具有成本低 ,得率高的特性 ,成为低聚糖合成的新发展方向。本文介绍了糖苷合成酶合成低聚糖的作用机理及其应用。 Oligosaccharide synthesis is becoming increasingly important because these biomolecules have potential application as therapeuties. The recent advent of glycosynthase——specifically mutated glycosyl hydrolases that efficiently synthesize oligosaccharides but do not hydrolyse them——represents a promising solution to oligosaccharide production.This paper discussed the mechanism and application of oligosaccharide synthesis by glycosynthase.
