摘　　要： 从生产无碳复写纸的原纸和涂料性能两个方面 ,并结合生产经验 ,探讨了无碳复写纸原纸的均一性、透气度、收缩性、表面强度、平滑度、施胶度、抗张强度、pH值等因素及微胶囊质量、CB涂料性能、CF涂料性能等对无碳复写纸质量的影响。指出使用优质涂布原纸 ,优化CB和CF涂料配方 ,才能生产出高质量的无碳复写纸。 There are various of factors that may influence the quality of carbonless paper. Based on the practical experience the influences of base paper properties, such as uniformity, permeability, shrinkage, surface strength, smoothness, degree of sizing, tensile strength ,pH and the quality of the micro capsule, the properties of CB(Coated Back Paper)coating and CF(Coated Front Paper)coating on the quality of carbonless paper are discussed in detail. It is showed that it is very important to use high quality base paper and optimize the coating formulae of CB and CF in the production of high quality carbonless paper.
