摘　　要： 采用高效液相色谱法测定了黄瓜幼叶中甜菜碱(GB)的含量。实验采用ODSC18柱(5μm,Φ4.5mm×250mm),以50mmol/LKH2PO4为流动相,UV检测波长为200nm,方法回收率和相对标准偏差分别为79.4%和1.2%。 The content of GB in the leaf of cucumber seedling was determined in this test by HPLC. The test was carried on by ODS C18(5μm,Φ4.5mm×250mm)with 50mmol/L KH2PO4 as mobile phase . The UV detection wavelength was fixed at 200nm .The recovery was 79.4%, and RSD was 1.2%.
