摘　　要： 通过对企业现行管理模式、ERP系统管理模式和ERP业务的分析,参考企业ERP实施的能力成熟度模型,首次在ERP实施的过程中引入全生命周期管理,借鉴软件工程中的重构技术和组件化分析方法,促进企业现行管理模式与ERP系统管理模式的整合,满足企业快速成功实施ERP的需要。 In this paper,the enterpries management mode,ERP operation pattern and business paradigm have been analysed at first.Then,we brought forward a new ERP actualize process life cycle management paradigm which referenced the mode of enterprise implement ERP capacity autumn; at last, we were imitated the method of redesing to promote the similitude from the enterprise management mode to ERP operation pattern,satisfy the require of enterprise implement ERP.
