摘 要: 针对锅炉在小修时发现的中间水冷壁高温腐蚀,分析认为内因是燃煤中含硫量较高,外因是高烟温引起水冷壁管壁温度较高和火焰贴壁,壁面存在强还原性气氛。通过进行燃烧调整和设备改进等方面的工作,经过一年的运行考验,未发现新的高温腐蚀。 In light of the high temperature corrosion of intermediate water-cooled wall found out during the minor repair of boiler,it was held thru analysis that,the internal cause was higher sulfur content in fuel coal,while the external cause was higher water-cooled wall temperature resulted from high flue gas temperature and flame closing to wall,and strong reduced atmosphere existed on the wall surface.Through combustion adjustment and equipment improvement etc.works, one year of operation practice showed that no new high temperature corrosion was found.
