摘　　要： 用弹性稳定理论及弹塑性稳定理论 ,对下承式钢板梁的整体稳定问题进行了详细分析 ,由此说明了《铁路桥涵设计规范》( TBJ2 - 85 )附录 Based on elasitic stability theory and elastic plastic stability theory,this paper analyses the whole stability of plate girders with below supports in detail,and illustrates suitability of the fomulas and datas given by appendices 8 in “Norm for the design of Railway Bridge and Culvert”(TBJ2 85).
