摘　　要： 以长沙地区一栋六层住宅为对象,对该住宅采取节能措施前后进行了技术经济比较;认为在湖南地区推广使用节能住宅具有很好的经济性,对湖南地区节约能源、保护环境具有重要的意义. By comparing the economy of energy-efficient residence and ordinary residence in Changsha,Hunan.the author concludes that energy-efficient residence is more economical than ordinary residence and popularizing energy-efficient residence in Hunan will be significant for energy conservation and environment protection.
