摘 要: 为建构合理有效的高师教育类课程体系,我们对山东省4所高等师范院校的三年级学生高师教育类课程的学习状况进行了调查,结果发现:高师学生对教育类课程的认识与实际学习状况存在较大差距,对教育类课程的满意程度较低。我们建议应通过改变目前的培养模式,采用灵活多样的课程设置和提高教育类课程执教教师的素质来增强教育类课程的吸引力。 To construct a reasonable and efficient teachers' educational system, investigations have been made on the juniors' curriculum of teachers' education in four normal colleges and/or universities of Shandong Province. And the results show that great differences exist between the cognition of teachers' educational curriculum and the practical learning of these subjects among the education students in normal colleges and/or universities, and that the students are far from being satisfied with the educational subjects. It is, therefore, suggested that the present educational model be altered by adopting flexible curricula intercalation and improving the teachers' abilities of the educational subjects so as to enhance their attraction.
