摘　　要： 随着市场准入制度的不断放宽，民营经济将成为国家经济总体中的主体经济成分。中国民营经济的发展和中国先进社会生产力发展要求具有一致性。正是因为有这一种致性，党在新世纪的一个重要历史任务，就是要从战略角度来对民营经济的利益主体从政治层面上予以关怀和引导。 As the market opens its door wider to private ownership, the state - owned economy will be more and more limited to key industries and public sec- tors. yielding the more competitive lines of trade to private enterprising. The Party and the government should work out strategic policies to give overall po- litical legitimacy to private ownership.
