摘 要: 为进一步研究基因疫苗的免疫机制与免疫效果,探讨外源基因在乳腺中的定位表达,应用重组PCR方法,将猪瘟病毒(CSFV)E2基因与牛β-乳球蛋白(BLG)5′部分调控序列连接起来,并插入到真核表达载体pEGFP-C1上,构建了含有CSFVE2基因的乳腺特异表达载体。 The mammary-specific expression vector of pEBE was constructed with pEGFP-C1 and BE fragment.The BE fragment was gained with bovine beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) 5′ regulation region and the E_2 gene of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) by the method of recombinent PCR.The results shows that we could successfully get a DNA vaccine of CSFV E_2 gene that can be expressed in mammary gland cell in order to study the effect of DNA vaccine and mammary bioreactor.
