摘 要: 用溶胶-凝胶法以超声振荡方式制备出粒径为37.0nm左右的六方晶型ZnO微粒。对产物的结构进行了分析;测定了粉体的比表面积并与激光散射测定值进行对照;重点研究了ZnO超细粉的电学性质。 The ultrafine powder of hexagonal-crystallites ZnO in 37.0 nm has been prepared with the sol-gel method,and use ultrasonic surge.Analyzed to the construction of production; detected the ratio-surface area of powder and the detection value of laser light scattering contrast.studied focus on the electricity properties of the ultrafine powder of ZnO.
