摘 要: 讨论了液压振动夯对边坡坡面进行压实作业时的工作特点 ,分析了相应的液压控制回路的工作原理。利用外载荷变化时变幅油缸回路中产生的压力变化 ,藉助液控阀控制高压液流的流向 ,使得这两个动作实现联动。给出了上升和下降两个工况的键合图模型 ,选取容性元件和惯性元件上的 5个自变量的积分组成状态变量 ,建立了动态分析模型以了解整个系统的动态特性。对整个控制回路的参数变化和响应进行了数值仿真。 The applications of hydraulic plate-vibrator in slope compaction were discussed, and analyses for the dedicated hydraulic circuit were conducted. The circuit pressure resulted from weight of plate-vibrator was kept monitored, and the plate-vibrator is actuated only if it is contacting the ground. Two bond graphs for this circuit were presented, and five state-variables were assigned.A dynamic analysis model is established, and it is used to analyze and simulate the characteristics of this circuit.
