摘 要: 介绍了抗菌保鲜膜的研究理论及对其性能的改进和应用 ,其中包括抗菌膜的类型 ,抗菌理论模型 ,食品级的抗菌试剂 ,以及抗菌包装的法规 。 Researches on antimicrobial films applied widely in food packaging were reviewed. The type of antimicrobial films, antimicrobial theory model, antimicrobial agents, packaging regulation, some existing problems, and the prospects of future applications were discussed.
