摘 要: 以欧美速生杨的无菌苗叶片为外植体,研究其培养的最佳培养基配方及培养程序,建立欧美速生杨快繁技术体系。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.05mg·L-1,诱导率可达96.7%;诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+BA1.5mg·L-1+NAA0.05mg·L-1,诱导率也达96.7%;诱导不定根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+IBA1.0mg·L-1,生根率可达95%。 Leaves were used as explants to estab lish in vitro propagation system of occident mush room poplar.The results were as follows:the most suitable medium fo r callus formation was MS +BA 2.0mg ·L -1 +NAA 0.05mg ·L -1 ,the frequency could reach96.7%;the most suitable medium for a dventitious bud differentiation wa s MS +BA 1.5mg ·L -1 +NAA 0.05mg ·L -1 ,the fre-quency could reach 96.7%;and the best medium for adventitious root diffe rentiation was 1/2MS +IBA 1.0mg ·L -1 ,the rooting rate could reach 95%.
