摘 要: 在胡子鲶Clarisbatrachus的基础饲料中分别添加0、500、1000、1500、2000mg/kg的维生素C(VC),于第12、24、36、52d分别测定胡子鲶血清中免疫相关酶的活性,以研究VC对胡子鲶的免疫增强作用。结果表明,VC可显著提高胡子鲶血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性,但对超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、溶菌酶和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的提高不显著。 Claris batrachus juveniles (20-25 g in body weight) were fed the diets supplemented with vitamin C at a rate of 0,500,1 000,1 500, or 2 000 mg/kg feed to elucidate the immunostimulative effect of vitamin C on the fish. The enzyme activities of serum related with immunity were monitored just 12,24,36 and 52 days after feeding. vitamin C significantly enhanced the activities of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),acid phosphatase(ACP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the serum of Claris batrachus. The activities of lysozyme and catalase (CAT) were not improved significantly.
