摘　　要： 在广泛借鉴国内外有关提高教练员、运动员科学文化素质的对策基础上,结合竞技体育发展的 需要和我军实际,研究提出了新时期提高我军教练员。 Based on generally studying domestic and foreign measures of enhancing coach and athletes' quality of science and culture, this paper integrates the demands of sports development into the military facts and puts forward certain measures of enhancing the military coach and athletes' quality of science and culture.
