摘 要: 在连续冷却条件下以不同的参数对 ZA2 7合金熔体进行了电磁搅拌处理 ,并分析了搅拌参数对组织形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,最佳搅拌时间可选定在 5~ 15 m in之间 ,在连续缓冷条件下 ,半固态 ZA2 7的初生相随搅拌强度提高而细化。 Under continuous cooling condition, semi-solid slurry of ZA27 alloy was obtained by electromagnetic stirring (EMS) with different coefficients, and their effects on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy were investigated. It showed that the favorable stirring time was in the range of 5-15 min and the average size of primary phase decreased with the increase of induction intensity.
