摘　　要： 根据乙酸乙酯与乙酸丁酯生产特点所提出的两者联合生产流程,采用模拟软件 AspenPlus 对联产工艺流程进行模拟计算,考察了回流比、侧线抽出位置、侧线抽出量、进料比变化对产品酸度的影响,得出了适宜的联产工艺操作条件,为试验研究提供理论指导。 The proposedco-production flowsheetbyconsideringthe characteristicsofethyl acetate and butyl acetate production is simulated by using the chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus. The influence of reflux ratio, sidedraw position, sidedraw yield, feed composition and acidity is discussed. The appropriate process parameters are obtained and may provide a theoretical guidance for the test study.
