摘 要: 研究了热处理温度对Fe 14.04Mn 0.22C合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:该合金在热处理冷却过程中,发生了γ→ε转变,热处理温度越高,γ→ε转变生成的马氏体越多,合金的阻尼性能随热处理温度的升高而提高,在1000℃时,合金的阻尼性能达到最大值;随温度的进一步升高,阻尼性能反而恶化,主要是因为马氏体严重粗化所致。 The damping mechanism of Fe-Mn based alloys and the effect of heat treatment on the damping capacity of Fe-14Mn-0.22C alloy were studied. The results showed that the higher of the heat temperature, the more the martensite. The damping capacity of Fe-14.04Mn-0.22C was improved as heat temperature increased and reached its maximum at 1 000 ℃. As the temperature further increased, however, martensite became very coarse and thus caused the decrease of damping capacity.
