摘　　要： 网络组织是在新经济条件下出现的一种组织形态 ,具有动态开放、自组织、自适应的特点 ,存在一个形成、发展、稳定和分化瓦解的生命演化过程。从网络组织的拓扑结构出发 ,分析它的形成与演化机理 ,说明它与环境之间的互动关系 。 Networks coming under the new economy have the characteristics of dynamic-opening,self-organizing and self-adapting. It exists in a process of forming, developing,stabilizing and collapsing. From the topological structures on, the paper analyses formation and development's mechanisms of Networks, explains the correlations with environments and provides a good revelation for the current reforms of stated-owned enterprises.
