摘　　要： 随着汽车的增多,交通事故时有发生,这给受害人及其家庭造成了严重的后果,特别是肇事逃逸造成的后果更为严重。如何保护受害人的权利已是迫切需要解决的问题。借鉴英国及香港特别行政区的成熟管理经验,建立广东省汽车保险赔偿基金是必要的,也是可行的。 With the rapid growth of motor vehicles, traffic accidents occurred frequently. It has caused serious outcome to the victims and their families. Especially the accident caused by the drivers who hit and ran or escaped from it is even more serious. It is an urgent issue to protect the right of the victims. Using the successful experiences of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Hong Kong Special Administrative Zone for reference, we think it is necessary to establish Guangdong Motor Insurance Fund. It is also feasible to set up such a fund.
