摘 要: 通过采用直径为 1 5mm的TiAlCN涂层硬质合金球头铣刀对S136淬硬模具钢进行中高速干式切削实验 ,分析了淬硬钢铣削时切削速度、进给速度和切削深度对切削力的影响规律 ,分析了不同切削用量对铣削过程的振动和噪声的影响 。 By using TiAlCN coated carbide micro-ball-end-milling cutter (1.5mm), the dry milling test of S136 hardened steel is carried out. The effect of cutting speed, feed rate and radial depth on cutting force and the influence of different parameters to vibrating and noise while milling are analyzed, and optimized cutting parameters are attained.
