摘 要: 采用发散合成法合成了0 5~3 0代的树枝状大分子聚酰胺-胺,测定了系列聚酰胺-胺的1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱,结果表明,合成产物的分子结构与理论结构相符,而13C-NMR谱的测定结果表明了整代产品中含有少量的原料乙二胺,合理地解释了随着支化代的增加,收率超过100%这一实验现象. The 0.5~3.0 Generation of the PAMAM dendrimers have been synthesized by divergent.The ~1 H HNR and ^(13)C NMR spectra of the series of PAMAM were determined.The results show that the molecular structures are correspond to theoretical structures of the PAMAM dendrimers.The results of ^(13)C NMR spectra indicates that a little ethylenediamine were encapsulated into the whole genneration products,and the experimental phenomena were explained reasonable that the yield exceed 100% with the increase of branch genneration.
