摘　　要： 2003年诺贝尔经济学奖进一步向人们昭示了经济学数学化的趋势,这一趋势已使得运用数学方法研究经济问题的领域越来越为宽泛。但数学与经济学无论从研究对象还是从研究方法上都是不相同的,为了使经济学在运用数学方法时不出现泛滥或纯粹数学形式的表达,就需要搞清楚经济学数学化的含义、经济学与数学相互融合的机理,从而有利于把握经济学的发展方向。 2003 year's Economics Nobel Prize has made a further show of the tendency towards mathematization in economics.This tendency leads the application of mathematics in economics study to wider and wider areas.However mathematics is different from economics both in study object and study method.In order to avoid the abuse of mathematics or pure mathematical expressions it is necessary to know exactly the implications of mathematization in economics and the mechanism originated in the mixing of economics and mathematics.Which also is in advantage of mastering the new direction in the development of economics.
