摘　　要： 　五权宪政思想是孙中山三民主义学说中民权主义的重要组成部分。它的产生是孙中山对西方政治制度深刻认识的产物,其理论来源是西方资产阶级国家政体分权制衡原则和中国封建政治制度中某些合理性因素。孙中山在革命实践中将其逐步完善,最终形成比较完整的思想体系。孙中山五权宪政思想的提出及实践是对西方资产阶级三权分立政治思想的重要发展,是中国政治发展史上的一件大事,推动了近代中国民主政治的进程。 The thoughts of'5-Rights and Constitutionalism'was the vital part Of the democracy of Sun Yat-sen's theory of the Three People's Principles and the brainchild of Sun Yat-sen's deep knowledge of the West political system whose theoretical source was just the principle of Three-branch diversionary counteraction of western bourgeois governmental system and some reasonable factors of China's feudal political system. Sun Yat-sen perfected it step by step and at last formed a relatively complete thinking system. The being and the exercising of Sun Yat-sen'5-Rights and Constitutionalism' was the very development of the western bourgeois Three-branch political thought, was a vital record in China's political development, pushing the process of China's Modern democracy politics forward.
