摘　　要： 从概念的涵义入手 ,分别对速度和高度的辩证关系进行阐述 ,并着重对此相关的问题从历史、规则进行了分析 。 This article analyzes the dialectic relations between speed and height from their connotations and explains their functions in basketball development with focus on related problems and an analysis of the history and regulations of basketball.
