摘　　要： 采用文献阅读，调研等方法对高新材料在竞技体育中的研究现状进行分析。结果表明：高新材料的广泛运用，对竞技体育的繁荣具有推动作用；竞技体育的发展，对高新材料研究的突破具有促材用。竞技体育本质决定体育科技必须以人为本。 Analysis about the current research advances on the application of high-tech materials in competitive sports were made by investigation and documentation. Results: The extensive applications of high-tech materials in competitive sports greatly promote the development of competitive sports. On the other hand, the development of competitive sports also boost breakthroughs in the research of high-tech materials. And the essence of sports sciences and technology, decided by the essence of competitive sports, is human resource.
