摘 要: 为了了解不同个性类型运动员承受定量运动负荷时的机能状态 ,测试了 2组不同个性类型运动员运动时的某些生理、生化指标。研究结果表明 ,相同定量负荷应激下 ,高神经质组的肌电、皮电、脉率变化均明显高于低神经质组 ,而皮温、指端血容量明显低于低神经质组。高神经质组血睾酮、皮质醇、胰高糖素分泌量均显著高于低神经质组 ,而 T/C比值、血乳酸、血尿素 2组间未见显著差异。说明高神经质运动员运动时心理反应较低神经质运动员明显 ,调节能力强 。 In order to find out the functional condition of athletes in different personality type during quantitative loads, this article tests the certain physiological and biochemical index of athletes of two different groups. The result shows that high nerve scores increased significantly at EMG, SC, HR comparing with low nerve scores during quantitative loads, and TEMP, BVP are significantly lower than low nerve scores. Testosterone, cortisone and glucagons of high nerve scores rise significantly, but the ration between testosterone and cortisone, blood lactic and blood urea nitrogen are in significantly difference. It is shown that high nerve scores has greater subjective psychological reactions, but has greater regulator function. It points out that high nerve scores might endure the loads higher than low nerve scores.
