摘　　要： 随着社会的进步和教育改革的日益深化，以提高体育教师政治思想素质和体育教学能力为目的的继续教育就成了学校体育发展的必然产物。在体育教师继续教育的实践工作中，要重视课程体系的构建、教育模式的选择与运用，以及教学实践的组织与实施等问题。 In pace with the progress of sociaty and increasingly deepened educational reforms , physical education teachers' continuing professional education , whose purpose is to improve physical education teachers' poitical ideological quality and teaching ability, inevitably originated. We sbould pay attention to the construction of curriculum system , the selection and utilization of education models , and the organization and development of teaching practice .
