摘　　要： 以我国高校体育的目标定位和改革实践为依据 ,从提高高校体育的实效性和实施素质教育两个方面论述了对高校体育进行整体改革的必要性 ,提出了课内外、校内外相结合 ,组织形式多样化 ,活动内容个体化的高校体育活动体系一体化的设想。 Based on objection fixed position and reform practice of physical education in university,the paper discussed necessity of physical education in university whole reform from raising actual effect of physical education university and putting into effect quality-education.And put forwarded unific move system of physical education university.
